On Sunday the 20th Nancy and Chuck had a small "Farewell" type gathering for Jonathan. On Monday the 21st Jonathan reported to the Troy Marriott and on 08-22-2006 he traveled to Great Lakes Naval Academy for his Boot Camp experience.

Jonathan (still in Boot Camp) is officially a sailor. He trades his enlistee hat for a sailors hat. His next training (after graduating on 10-20-2006) will be a seven week stint in Meridian, Mississippi.
